Patient Experience

Faster and Better care

for your Patients

Capture every step of the patient journey with TW that help track and monitor the location of your patients, helping caregivers provide optimal care and promote safety while still maintaining freedom of movement to your relevant patients.

Patient Monitoring

TW help track cognitively and physically impaired patients, allowing staff to monitor patient location at all times and prevent falls and injury. Full visibility of patients is provided across the department and the facility.

As patients move throughout the open, communal environment of the facility, insight into each patient’s location is important for both safety and quality of care. To Leverage such power of in Motion, full visibility into the location of patients is provided across the department and the facility. Data is collected passively to a measure opportunity for workflow improvements for better patient care experiences.

Proactively Take action

Escalating system of alerts and security measures as patients approach unauthorized zones or points of egress

Alert staff to the following conditions: cut band, loose tag, tag removed, low tag battery, unauthorized egress, and wander or before a fall. Patient safety is further ensured by alerting on custom workflows like when a patient is away from the designated zone, fails to return to their designated zones.

Accurate Patient & Bed Tracking

Precise tracking in hospital settings has become an essential element in improving costs and services provided to patients

How efficient are hospitals ER room can be can tell a lot about their operations and patient monitoring. Often, patients can become jumbled and skipped over by accident. This can cause confusion and anger between hospital staff and the patients they treat. Inadequate tracking can make these questions difficult to answer in many healthcare facilities:

How long has the patient been waiting?

How many beds are available?

Is the next bed available?

Has the patient been discharged?

Where is the patient?

Fall Risk Management

Quick response and sending automatic alerts for emergencies is critical for Preventing Falls

Our wrist tags comes with in-built accelerometer that allow them to monitor for patient movement, such as sudden falls, too much movement, and lack of movement for prolonged periods of time.

When any unwanted events are detected/foreseen, the system will send an alert to staff/nearest caregiver. Our alerts are set up to be received by the assigner caregiver and appear on the dashboard as well.

Bed Pressure Sensor

Combining fall risk and Bed pressure Sensor scores with nurse call requests enables alerts to be sent at different priority levels.

Mitigates fall risk featuring integrations with bed pressure sensor, inclusion of risk status in mobile notifications. With the Bed Pressure sensor integration ,each bed can be configured to notify appropriate staff if bed rails are dropped or patient position changes allowing the caregiver to call into the room to assure the patient that someone is coming to attend to their needs.  These real-time patient bed status and alerts allow clinicians to be proactive and immediately intervene to prevent patient falls.

Patient Workflow

Eliminate Bottlenecks and Optimize Patient Flow for Better Care Delivery

Our solution provides visibility into patient and staff workflows by leveraging the RTLS sensing technology. This visibility gives hospitals the ability to improve patient flow, increase access, and create better staff and patient experiences.

Exit Protection

Geo Fencing Control for patients At-Risk (Orthopaedic / Amputated)

TW monitors the location of patients, with immediate alerting when wandering events occur.  With our integration to access control system, we are able to prevent exit-seeking behaviour by engaging readers at entry and exit points or within the geo fenced zones.
