RFID based Tags and Readers are deployed to capture availability of expected number of surgical consumables, kits and its sterilization status while entering the Operation Theatre. There shall be RFID readers installed at the Operation Theatres and CSSD department that captures the count, ID number and its sterilization status at once for up to 200 tags. The RFID tags attached to the consumables supports autoclave sterilization.
